Procurement items involve the chi hair straightener screen, mold, machining, glass, silk screen printing, component procurement, PCB system board, industrial accessories, etc. 2. Develop the project plan and procurement strategy 3. Realize zero fund occupation by using batch delivery and batch payment. 4. Organize employees to calculate actual cost of procurement and optimize suppliers based on a variety of quality data. 5. Organize procurement assessment group to assess the supply’s manufactory and product. 6. The amount of project procurement is 15 million chi straightener. 2008/10—2009/1 Project: ERP system Responsibilities: 1. Go live of ERP system 2. Realize ERP Operation on Sales, Purchasing, Production and Finance. 3. Optimize the procurement process with ERP system 2008/1--2008/6 Project: Anhui Network Advertising Machine Project Responsibilities: 1. Project items involve procurement of chi straighteners screen, mechanical processing, embedded parts, etc. 2. Organize employees to pass the import inspection and customs clearance for LCD screen 3. Seek for a qualified OEM factory 4. The amount of project procurement is 5 million CNY.
